I watched about 15 minutes of one of these last year.

It wasn't to my liking either. :|

I've tried to watch the new season of "True Detective" and "Wayward Pines" but I just can't.

I guess I just want episodic TV shows, not the long story arcs.

Wished your local newspaper ran Garfield and Lil Abner, Wizard of ID, BC, Dennis the Menace, and Chester Gould's Dick Tracy again; dropped doonesbery and had a comic strip page that combined the cartoons of Judge parker, Mary worth, Rex Morgan MD and Apartment 3-G all into one cartoon soap opera? :ROTF:
{The last is only for fans of Judge Parkerl, Mary worth, Rex Morgan and the Apartment 3-G fans.}

At least they dropped Steve Canyon-after the last comic strip ran on that series.... :ROTF: :ROTF:

As always, two things that can wreck TV for me are pop-ups and squeeze credits. Especially the first thing - at least you can see the second thing coming, but pop-ups are just like being ambushed! I'm not joking when I say that those two things have been enough to wreck TV in general for me, because to me they're about the two tackiest things ever to happen to it.
