Stopped at Big Lots yesterday and found the following:

Charles in Charge 1st season - $8
Simon and Simon 1st season - $8
Law and Order Criminal Intent 1st season - $8
McCloud Seasons 1&2 - $8 (Both)
McMillan and Wife 1st season - $8
The Incredible Hulk Ultimate Collection - $8
The Bionic Woman (Volume 1 - 5 Hours) - $8
Gimme a Break - 1st season - $4
Kate and Allie - 1st season - $4
Grosse Pointe - Complete series - $3
The Mummy (animated series) Volumes 1-2-3 - $4

This represents only one location, I'll be hitting my local store later today to see what they have. I'm hoping to find Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Columbo and Night Gallery but I'm not sure if they were included in the buyout.

Only Simon and Simon and Kate and Allie in my neck of the woods. I already have the McMillan and McCloud sets though.

This almost belongs in that "Guilty Pleasure TV" thread (not that I have any guilt about it), but I'm waiting for the REST of Charles In Charge to come along. I never really went for that first season and version of the show. (Which might make me the only one in the country to discriminate between VERSIONS of Charles In Charge, but never mind.)

Err........... I would personally say that "Charles in Charge" might* qualify for guilty pleasure TV, but its a matter of taste I suppose.
(Who the Hell am I to talk, I like Masterchef Australia, which is essentially a cooking, reality show. And for what its worth, I have no guilt either. :D )

But, I am betting I am not alone in thinking, that actually discriminating between different seasons of "Charles in Charge" is a bit odd.
Truth be known, I never watched any of it, so perhaps its like any other series where some seasons are better than others. ;)

I used to love CiC as a kid -- I wouldn't say it's a guilty pleasure. It's simply family television, which is rather scarce these days. I sort of know what Two-Bit Floozy Betty Lou means, the 'earlier' version with the first family is not quite the same as The Powells, but after a handful of viewings it gets a little better.

Is this the one with Chef Ramsey? I am pretty sure in my drunken haze I happened to catch an episode of something called MasterChef last night on FOX after his other show Kitchen Nightmares. This might be the US debut. For whats its worth....I got a kick out of it. I was actually cooking something from 9:15 to 9:30ish so I missed a little bit but I caught the last part and I thought it was American Idol Cooking more or less. I enjoyed it...
