OK - I got this lovely gem for Christmas and have kicked the crap outta it. A lot of people were whining that it isn't as good as the 1st one, well, blame Sony, Nintendo, & Microsux for that. They refused to allow a game with explicit graphics on their consoles so the kill scenes had to be blurred/tinted/ and refocused. I wanted to wait for the PC version but it won't be available until April if it does get released. However, if you played the original Manhunt, this is a very fine follow-up. Not the same type of story. (2) characters to switch between. A more overall story that unfolds as the levels progress. But, best of all, all the lovely ultra-violence that made Manhunt the nasty bitch game it is. Rather than being time based, this version encourages more stealth than speed. The added Death Traps in the natural terrain adds another way to dispatch your foes when you don't have a weapon.

Overall Score: 8.5 {Could have and should have been a 10 if the console makers weren't such wussies.}

Meet Danny Lamb - who after 6 years - wakes up in an Insane Asylum and must escape and try to figure out what has happened to him and who he is. Assisted by his guide, Leo, they must fight the "Project" and ultra secret branch of the government who has wiped Danny's memories and locked him away. Fight government agents, gang members, police, Asylum Personell and Danny's mental instability through the levels to find out the truth of who he is.

Love the game. Even with the trippy kill scenes which only happen when you do a special, it's still an overall awesome game. Personally my favorite mode will hae to be the Snipering on the building . (Ep: Assianation) Not only can you get some wicked kill scenes (Bullets through the head.) but it's just my overall favorite part.

I managed to beat this. Pretty cool, not quite as good as the original though.
