I wasn't overly impressed with this one. The title had me thinking about a new spin on the original, but the storyline is way different. Nice idea, but it wasn't all that strange to me, and it's very predictable. Just average for me. The original with its other dimension is way cooler.

5.

Co-Sign!!!

The original "Little Girl Lost" and even the Night Gallery version, utilizing the same name anyway, were both better than this tale. But not only was just the story flat, the actors were too. Neither drew me into their character - which a good TZ should always do. If the characters don't sell themselves, all the rest is wasted.

4!

Very true. I don't know any of the actors with exception of the kid. Scott Grimes came to play an ER doc on ER late in the series. This episode left a bland taste in my mouth. Again, the subject matter is relevant even today, but this just did not feel like a Twilight Zone.

Only reason I know who Season Hubley is because she was married to Kurt F'N Russell! She played Priscilla Presley in the Carpenter/Russell "Elvis" movie and was the Choc Full O'Nuts chick in "Escape From New York." Other than that, and maybe this episode, I couldn't pick her out of a line up. ;)

Her and Kurt were married for a short time also. :? I thought of this film as a
Pro Life message and weirdly political. :| Did anyone else see it this way? :bell:

A 5 from me. Considering what she knew, how could she be such a cow and do that? Bloody 80s feminist bollocks!

This episode is ok, but just a little too sentimental for my taste. 5/10

5. Yeah kind of dull for me too. I usually like these kinds of "what life would have been like if someone made a different choice" stories, but I agree the characters are uninteresting, as well as the difference in life this time. If you want to see a similar premise executed a lot better, check out The Road Less Traveled from Season 2.
