A little bit like "Star Gate" but not as good, this episode might have been better if it was longer and we got to learn more about the world on the other side of the portal, but the primitive and Utopian community was interesting so I'd say it's a 6/10 episode.

A 7 for me. Would have been an 8 if it had Pink Floyd appearing in it somewhere ;)

This was enjoyable, but like Rorschach mentioned, could've benefitted from more depth of the portal world. It seemed like a Willoughby, or an Aunt T's place.

7!

Sort of Outer Limits meets Stargate. I liked the premise and setup, but over all, I just wasn't that impressed with this episode. I agree with MrRSerling, some Pink Floyd null faced people ala the Wall would have helped turn this around.

6!

I enjoyed the mystery surrounding the wall, until the main character when through it. At that point, it turned into another preachy "man is destructive" story. Not to mention how disappointing the other world is.

My Rating: 3 - Fair

I guess sit does get preachy, but John Beck really carries it, and I think the episode in general works.
