Heard about this s I was driving to work this morning. Another of my childhood action heroes gone. 89 years, damn, at least he had a good run.
RIP Mr. Moore.

While other boys in my neighborhood were talking about "Burt Reynolds/Smokey and the Bandit" movies, Roger Moore and 007 was the one I always wanted to see.

To many Sean Connery will always be the true 007, for ME it was Roger Moore.
Simply because he was the one I first remembered seeing as a kid. (not taking anything away from Connery, I just remembered Moore first as he is the James Bond I saw first)

Another great one gone. :(

TZ DZ, I too loved Roger Moore as 007, Sean Connery was great, yet I also saw Moore first as Bond,
His chiseled features, his debonair style , his charm and his humor read Bond to me. So he is my favorite
Bond, too, yet I believe Connery is a great actor, too, and was a great Bond too.

RIP, Mr. Moore.
